More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.

Additionally contained in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight release.
